Happy Paw is a Ukrainian charitable foundation founded in 2012. All this time, we have been developing the charity culture and working to ensure that every stray animal has a home and every person treats animals responsibly!
As of January 2023, the Foundation cooperates with more than 140 shelters throughout Ukraine, which keep more than 19,000 dogs and 12,000 cats.
Happy Paw has 5 main projects and areas of work:
1.One-time assistance to animals in shelters (purchasing and providing foods, medicine for treating seriously ill animals, caring after the animals and improving life conditions of the animals in shelters)

The shelter cannot start any fundraising for the animal that is under the care of the Foundation. If the shelter does not meet the conditions of the Guardianship Project, the Foundation reserves the right to unilaterally terminate cooperation with the shelter on this Project.
The team of Happy Paw Foundation would like to support and help all stray animals in Ukraine. However, unfortunately, the financial and human resources of the Foundation are insufficient for this ambitious goal. We will continue to work to improve the living conditions of animals in shelters and change the crisis situation with stray animals throughout the country.
We are thankful for trusting us and accepting our values and cooperation conditions!
