The shelter started its work in September 2012. The first inhabitants of the shelter were 30 rescued dogs who were to be put to sleep in the Kharkiv communal shelter.

When dogs live their whole lives in a shelter and never find their families.
What motivates to work further
We are inspired by our wards, because we are a family for them, and our shelter is a home for them, albeit a temporary one.
