Currently, Hulyaipole is situated almost on the demarcation line, approximately 5 km from enemy positions. Before the invasion, the city was home to 13 thousand people; at this moment, there are about 1.5 thousand residents, the majority of whom are of pensionable age. There is no electricity, centralized gas, and water supply. A similar situation exists in Orihove. Shelling here continues incessantly day by day.
During the Pets Sterilization team's December mission in Hulyaipole and Orihove, they managed to capture, vaccinate, and sterilize 193 homeless animals. This includes 113 cats and 80 dogs. The sterilization of 131 animals was made possible with the assistance of our steadfast partners, OIPA.
Thanks to Purina Ukraine, we were also able to send 820 kg of food for stray animals in Hulyaipole, Preobrazhenske, and Orihove.
