More than UAH 320,000 was transferred by our partners for the construction of a large walking area in the shelter "Pegas"
Shelter "Pegas" (from the Dnipropetrovsk region) helps animals that suffered from the war and were evacuated to safer regions. By the start of the full-scale war, there were 360 animals in the shelter, and in the last few months this figure has reached 480 animals.
In order to solve the problem of walking a large number of dogs, their physical activity and socialization, it was decided to equip a walking area for them.
Together with our financial partners Zagoriy Foundation, Fine Whines and Lickers and DevPro, we started building the court at the end of May, and a month later it was completed.
The walking court consists of three areas with a total length of 150 m, which are connected to enclosures where dogs live. And now hundreds of dogs from the Pegasus shelter enjoy walks in their own spacious territories.
