This poor dog was found in the middle of a boulevard in Canelones, Uruguay. The pet was immediately rushed to SOS Caninos and Equinos charity organization, in a very poor state of health.
As you can see in the photo, she was skinned alive and also was suffering from hypothermia. She was given plasma and fluid to warm up and her heart rate was regularized. The vets also managed to repair the ripped tissue. The dog is feeling better, but there’s still a long road to recovery. Bless everyone at the association for their superb effort!
Dina's owners have been looking for her and were worried sick. Now they have been reunited again.
Unfortunately, the people that did this to the dog are still out there. Local police need to step up and look into this matter as soon as possible. These actions cannot go unpunished! Please sign the petition and bring justice to this poor dog!
