Цей препарат не шкідливий для людини, тому вільно продається у аптеках. Однак у певних дозах смертельний для собак. У тому числі домашніх, адже вони гуляють там, де і безпритульні!

- 2 packaging 5% solution of pyridoxine hydrochloride (2 package, 10 vials of 1 ml)
- 2 large syringe (10 ml)
- 4 packs of activated carbon
- Enterosgel
- 2 enema (syringe): one for rectal, another for oral use
- Furosemide, or Lasix
Why? To be fully armed in case of an emergency situation. Buy, fold it all into a separate box / box and do not take out.
Symptoms of poisoning.
If the dog is poisoned by Isoniazid, symptoms occur in the range from 40 minutes to 2-3 hours.
- Serious loss of coordination
- Profuse salivation and / or foam from the mouth (due to paralysis of the respiratory muscles)
- convulsion and seizures
- blue tongue
- total embarrassment (dog is howling, fussing in pain)
One or more of the symptoms - a signal to the action. Because death occurs immediately after 4-6 hours!
First of all
Induce vomiting. Salt solution (tablespoon per cup of water), milk and salt (half a tablespoon per cup of milk) or pure sodium chloride from the pharmacy (brine, which are sold in pharmacies in bottles).
PYRYDOKSYD hydrochloride (vitamin B6). Sold in capsules in pharmacies without a prescription. This drug can also be used preventively before the consultation with a veterinarian – it won’t be worse (even if the poison is other), time is precious! Approximately 10 ml (10 ampoules of 1 ml) to dial into a large syringe and enter intramuscularly (in hind leg as deeply as possible) and 1.5 - 2 hours again (in other hind leg).
After vomiting - absorbents. For example, activated carbon, dissolved in water (at least 10 tablets) or Enterosgel (2 tablespoons for medium dogs). Repeat after 3-4 hours. Then the next 3 days - 3 times a day.
Cleansing enema (should not be warm, better a little colder than the room temperature to slightly shrunk intestine and thus impair ability to absorb the poison in the intestine).
More fluid and diuretics (furosemide or 2 tablets Lasix)
Immediately after
FAST TO THE VET. You need 15-20 minutes for first aid, but immediately thereafter to the vet! No need to wait until nausea or seizures stop.
If different poison were used.
Symptoms are the same: vomiting, flushing, diuretics, veterinarian.
