XI All-Ukrainian Campaign "Happy Woof for Sirko"

Announcement

From October 5 to October 30, 2026, we invite educational institutions, children, teachers, students, parents, and anyone who cares to join the XI All-Ukrainian Campaign "Happy Woof for Sirko".

Autumn is a time for warm reunions, school routine, and new good deeds. It is also a wonderful opportunity to remind children and adults about those who especially need our care - animals left without a home or owner.

Due to the war, many four-legged friends have lost their families, been forced to leave their homes, or require constant assistance. Animal rights activists and volunteers work tirelessly every day to provide animals with food, medicine, warmth, and safe conditions.

During power outages and heating disruptions, caring for animals becomes even more challenging. Shelling also brings additional difficulties to shelters and volunteer centers, while the number of animals in need of help, unfortunately, continues to grow.

That is why supporting four-legged friends is especially important today.

The "Happy Woof for Sirko" campaign is an opportunity not only to help animals but also to unite children and adults around a good caus.

We invite educational institutions to organize a charity drive and join forces to support animals in need.

After all, kindness is more than just words. It means concrete actions: feeding, keeping warm, helping, and giving care.

Who can participate?

The main participants of the campaign are educational institutions:

  • preschools;
  • schools, gymnasiums, and lyceums;
  • extracurricular educational institutions;
  • colleges and vocational schools;
  • universities and other higher education institutions.

Individual classes, groups, clubs, student communities, teaching staff, parents, and anyone interested are welcome to join the campaign.

How to join?

Participation is very simple!

1. Choose who you want to help.

This could be an animal shelter, an animal rights organization, or a volunteer caring for homeless animals in your city or community.

2. Organize a collection drive.

Together with children, students, teachers, and parents, collect essential supplies for the animals. This can include:

  • dog and cat food;
  • grains and other staple foods;
  • treats;
  • medicine and care products;
  • toys;
  • leashes, bowls, and other essential items;
  • warm blankets, throws, and other items to help animals stay warm during the cold season.

Before starting the collection, we recommend contacting your chosen shelter or volunteer to ask what help is needed right now.

3. Deliver the collected help.

Once the drive is complete, hand over all the collected items to the animals you have chosen to support.

4. Share your good deed.

Take photos and videos during the preparation and event, and share them on social media.

Don't forget to use the hashtags#happyгав_2026 #happypaw

5. Fill out the participant form via the link by November 6, 2026 - https://forms.gle/EaK7tA5P83rTCz1k7

This will allow us to see your good deeds and spread the wave of care for four-legged friends together.

Why is it important to join?

The campaign has several key goals:

- Help animals in need. The collected aid will support dogs and cats in shelters or under the care of volunteers.

Foster a humane attitude toward animals. Participating in the campaign helps children and youth understand that responsibility for those who are weaker and need help starts with each of us.

Unite people around good deeds. A joint collection drive is a great opportunity to bring together students, teachers, parents, and the community for a shared purpose

No good deed is too small

A single bag of food might seem like a small contribution, but to an animal waiting for a family in a shelter, it is a full meal. A warm blanket can become a cozy sleeping spot, and medicine can offer a chance at recovery.

When many people perform even small acts of kindness, they turn into a massive wave of support.

This autumn, let's give four-legged friends a little extra warmth, care, and hope. Despite these challenging times, let them feel that there are people nearby who truly care.

Together we can do more!

Together we can give our furry friends a Happy Woof! 🐶🐱💛
