Announcement of the All-Ukrainian (Un)Conference "Humane Education and Bioethics in the Modern School: New Approaches and Practices"

Announcement

Join the All-Ukrainian (Un)Conference for Educators!

We invite educators from across Ukraine to join our All-Ukrainian (Un)Conference, taking place online via Google Meet on September 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM (EET).

Duration: 90 minutes
Participation: Free of charge

Participants will also have the opportunity to receive an electronic professional development certificate equivalent to 3 hours of professional development (0.1 ECTS credit).

What will we talk about?

The (Un)Conference will focus on modern approaches to humane education and bioethics in schools:

  • Humane Education and Bioethics in Modern Schools — why these topics matter and how they can be integrated into everyday teaching and learning;

  • The Formula of Humanity: From Values to Responsible Behavior — a simple practical framework that helps educators consistently develop humane behavior in children and turn values into meaningful everyday actions;

  • Modern Teaching Approaches and Interactive Tools — practical ways to engage students in exploring values and developing responsible attitudes toward people, animals, and the environment.

Speakers: Elvina Moskalyk and Hanna Plavan, managers of the “Bioethics” educational project at the Happy Paw Foundation.

Participants can receive an electronic professional development certificate for 3 hours (0.1 ECTS credit).

The certificate is available in two ways:
