In January, a very important milestone took place for our project - we signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. For us, this is not just another stage of development, but a conscious step toward strengthening a partnership built on shared values and a sense of responsibility for the future of Ukrainian children.
For over eight years, the “Bioethics” project has been working alongside Ukraine’s educational community. At the heart of our activities is fostering humane attitudes toward animals in children. We firmly believe that education is the key to raising a generation of conscious, compassionate, and responsible Ukrainians, capable of empathy and care - both for other people and for animals.
Over the years, we have implemented a number of important initiatives and organized national and international events that have become platforms for dialogue among educators, researchers, children, and the wider public. Step by step, we have been building a culture of compassion and humane treatment of animals as an integral part of modern education.
We sincerely thank the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Oksen Lisovyi, Deputy Minister Nadiia Kuzmychova, as well as Inna Kilderova and Alevtyna Lototska, for their openness to cooperation, support of our initiatives, and shared vision for the development of Ukrainian education.
For us, the signed Memorandum is not about formalities. It is about trust, partnership, and shared responsibility for the values that future generations will live by. We continue this journey together - with faith, heart, and hope
