Online Meeting for Students of the Snovsk HVFS

Recently, an online meeting was held with students of the Snovsk Higher Vocational Forestry School as part of the charity initiative “Help 🐾”, aimed at fostering a responsible and humane attitude toward animals.

The meeting was initiated and organized by Yevhenii Akvilov with the support of caring teachers from the educational institution. The vast majority of students took part in the event, actively supporting the initiative and demonstrating genuine interest in addressing the issue of stray animals.

Useful knowledge and practical recommendations were shared with the students by Hanna Plavan, a representative of a charitable foundation. During the meeting, she spoke about the foundation’s key areas of activity, current charity campaigns, contests, and flash mobs that engage young people in volunteering and good deeds.

Special attention during the discussion was given to the importance of animal sterilization as one of the key humane ways to reduce the number of stray animals.

An interactive part of the event was the online game “Volunteering,” through which participants were able to simulate real-life scenarios of helping animals in shelters and learn how to make responsible decisions.

Students actively participated in the discussion and asked thoughtful, in-depth questions, demonstrating their strong civic awareness and compassion. The event became a vivid example of effective cooperation between the educational institution, student self-government, and charitable organizations in fostering responsibility, kindness, and an active civic mindset among young people.

Together, we continue to do good - and today’s youth are already proving that they are ready to take responsibility for the future and change the world for the better.
