The IV International Kindness Activity Announcement
Traditionally, the Kindness Lesson will be conducted with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The event can be held both in person and online!
As always, we kindly ask you not to bring/take animals to the classes, as being away from home in crowded places can be stressful for them.
How to Get the Electronic Participant Certificate?
If an educational institution wishes not only to participate in the IV International Kindness Activity, but also to receive an electronic Participant Certificate, it should:
1. apply for participation (by 5.03.2025) following the link – https://forms.gle/cP2fa2i7RpyTo4S67
2. hold the Kindness Activity dedicated to pets and stray dogs and cats within the period from February 26 to March 5, 2025.
3. take photos or screenshots of the Activity (1 photo/image from each group) and send them to the email address – lecturer@happypaw.ua (by 10.03.2025). The email with the photos must include: the name of the educational institution, city, number of Activities held (according to the number of photos).
Photo Report Requirements
Photos/screenshots must be of good quality, the photos must show that it is the process of the Kindness Activity dedicated to humane and responsible treatment of animals (dogs and cats).
Please note! The photos that do not show the process of the Activity (for example, portrait photos where children simply hold toys or books about animals in their hands) will not be accepted.
Please do not send home photos of children with their pets. We will only accept photos that show teachers, psychologists/cynologists holding the Kindness Activity about cats and dogs at an educational institution or during a trip to a pet store, shelter, vet clinic, etc.
If needed, the children’s faces in the photos can be blurred or the photos can be taken from the back.
It would be better if you send separate photos, not collages made from photos (this slows down the process of processing photo reports, and we do want you to learn about the results of the Kindness Activity and receive the Certificates as soon as possible).

Please send the photo report from the email address you provided in your application. This will help us quickly find your institution’s application and fix the Activities held.
If you wish, you can share your impressions of participating in the event in your email with the photo report.
When will you Receive the Participant Certificate
The Certificate for the educational institution will be sent to the email address (specified in the application) within 1.5 months after the Kindness Activity. If you do not receive the Certificate within this time, please let us know at lecturer@happypaw.ua .
! If the photo does not show the Kindness Activity about dogs and cats or your email does not contain information about the educational institution, the organizers reserve the right not to send the participant electronic certificate to the educational institution.
Consent to Participant’s Personal Data Processing
Participation in the event automatically provides your consent to the participant’s personal data processing during the event.
When submitting the report with photo, video, and other audiovisual works that depict (film) individuals, the Participant shall be responsible to the Foundation for obtaining consent from such individuals to film and the right to use and distribute photo, video, and other audiovisual works with their participation. In particular, in the event of any claims to the Foundation, the Participant undertakes to reimburse the Foundation for all and any funds collected from the Foundation and expenses related to the resolution of such claims.

You can use ready-made materials from our Foundation (activities, games, audio tales, visual materialы, etc.) made available in the public domain:

If you wish, after the Activity, you can make a post on Facebook or Instagram about your educational institution’s participation in the IV International Kindness Activity writing about your impressions, adding a photo from the Activity and hashtags: #заняття_доброти2025 #happypaw
Presents for Active Participants
Preschool educational institutions in Ukraine that apply for participation in the IV International Kindness Activity on time, actively participate in the event and send a high-quality photo report on time, will take part in a draw for exclusive gifts from our Foundation and Purina TM*.
* Gifts will be sent by Nova Poshta at the recipient’s expense.
Happy Paws Flash Mob for the Kindness Activity
We keep the pleasant tradition and invite educational institutions to also join the Happy Paws Flash Mob. Conditions: on the day of the Kindness Activity, print and put on the Happy Paws bracelets or emblems on the children’s hands. Explain to the children that the bracelet is supposed to remind people about animals that need our support. If you wish, you can make a publication on your institution’s website or in social networks with the hashtags: #заняття_доброти #happypaw #щасливілапки.

Information Posters for Parents
It is important to conduct educational work about humane and responsible treatment of animals not only with children but also with their parents.
Please share the information poster about our four-legged friends at your school. After reading it, adults will learn about the rules of responsible pet ownership, important excerpts from the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Animals from Cruelty”, as well as information on ways to help stray animals.
