The world changes when we teach children love and care. The 2024 awards ceremony for participants in the "Bioethics" project was a warm and touching moment for our Foundation and our partners at TM "Purina." Children who opened their hearts to fluffy friends received special gifts: the "Happy Paw" board game and "Pets" puzzle sets.
These gifts are more than just games or puzzles—they are a symbol of gratitude for the sincere desire to make the world kinder.
Learning to Love Through Play
The "Happy Paw" board game introduces children to important rules for caring for dogs in a fun and engaging way:

- proper ways to walk them;
- the importance of vaccination and training;
- voiding mistakes in interacting with four-legged friends.
This game not only entertains but also instills a sense of responsibility and care in children.
The "Pets" puzzle sets teach young children how to care for cats and dogs:

- essential items to prepare before bringing a pet home;
- how to organize space at home for a pet;
- the importance of veterinary care and proper walking practices.
Each puzzle is a story that teaches young pet owners great responsibility.
Recognition for Kindness
These gifts acknowledge the efforts of children and educators who participated in vital international and national events organized by the Foundation:
- Campaigns such as "Happy Woof for Sirko," "Happy Meow for Murko," and "Gift for a Fluffy Friend", which collected tons of aid for shelter animals and made warm and cozy bedding. As well as the campaigns “Dogs and Cats in Our Lives” and “Pets-crafted”, which focused on issues related to the fate of stray animals.
- Competitions like "Animal Life: Correcting Mistakes" and "Humane and Responsible Treatment of Animals", where children shared ways to make the world better for four-legged friends.
- Flash mobs such as "Rescue Bowl" and "Support Paw 2.0" uniting thousands of Ukrainians and raising awareness about stray animals.
- Humaneness Lessons and Sessions dedicated to dogs and cats, where children learned: rules for caring for pets, how to behave when encountering stray animals, the importance of "adopting" shelter animals and volunteering.
And this is just a part of the events that proved that our children are a generation that does good!
Why This Matters
For many shelter animals, these campaigns have been a real lifeline. And for children, they’re an opportunity to learn compassion, responsibility, and love.
Children’s eyes sparkle with excitement when they receive gifts. By playing, they open their hearts and reinforce knowledge in a fun and engaging way, forming the foundation of a humane and responsible society. Most importantly - they’re ready to help. They already understand that animals are friends who depend on us.
Over 1,200 Gifts for Kindness
More than a thousand educational institutions received board games and puzzles in 2024. Most importantly - over 80,000 children gained knowledge and inspiration to change the world. Now their hearts hold the understanding: every good deed improves the lives of animals.
