Online Meeting of Kherson’s City Student Council: A Dialogue on Good Deeds

Recently, an online meeting of Kherson’s City Student Council took place, gathering representatives from schools № 12, 14, 15, 20, 26, 28, 30, 36, 39, 48, 52, and 53. Joining the students was Hanna Plavan, a representative of our foundation, who shared engaging and useful insights.

Hanna spoke about the foundation’s activities, its key areas of work, as well as campaigns, contests, and flash mobs that actively involve young people. Special attention was given to the topic of helping dogs and cats in shelters. The foundation representative explained how even the smallest initiatives by students can make a significant contribution to caring for animals.

The participants were captivated by the ways they could contribute to charitable initiatives and support animals through volunteering, organizing food drives, or hosting thematic events in their schools. At the end of the meeting, the students asked questions and received comprehensive answers.

This meeting became an excellent example of collaboration between student councils and charitable organizations, fostering a sense of responsibility, kindness, and compassion in young people.

Together, we can make the world a better place—something that Kherson’s active students have already proven!
